Whirligig Designs are known for their fabulous patterns and BOM programs! Created in 2016, The Heritage Square program has been incredibly popular and traditionally features Moda Grunge Fabrics. We requested to host a program featuring Libs Elliott Glaze and Whirligig Designs jumped into action to create new mockups for us!
